Once you have taken the Respiragene™ test, you will know your personal risk of developing lung cancer. Use that information to get the help you need to quit and better monitor your health.
Every reasonable and necessary step will be taken to maintain full compliance with existing rules and regulations concerning our use of your DNA and handling of your biological sample.
Neither the test performing laboratory, Molecular Diagnostics Laboratories, LLC (MDL) or Synergenz BioScience Inc., which is marketing the Respiragene™ test will assert ownership over your DNA. We pledge to use your DNA only for the purposes which you specifically authorize.
MDL will not store your DNA for any longer than is commercially necessary or for such time as required by applicable law.
Neither MDL nor Synergenz will sell, share or transfer, or hold with the intention of selling, sharing or transferring, your DNA or any data derived from tests or assays performed on it, to any other party for any reason apart from the purposes which you specifically authorized the performance of the Respiragene™ test on your sample.
MDL and Synergenz will require you to consent to the processing of your test as part of the test request process.
